Italy

9 days, 9 nights through my favorite parts of Italy!

What Will We Do?

  • Day 1: Arrival into Rome

Welcome to Italy! Whether it’s by train or taxi, your transfer to your hotel is covered. I’ll meet you there! Tonight, we have our welcome dinner at my favorite restaurant in Rome.

  • Day 2: Vatican & Pasta Lessons

This morning we have a three hour private tour of the Vatican and Sistine Chapel. When we’re done, enjoy the rest of the afternoon exploring Rome before we meet back up for dinner - a private pasta making lesson! Learn how to make different pasta shapes and sauces with locals. Following the lesson, we finish our evening with some rooftop cocktails with views of the Eternal City.

  • Day 3: Anicent Rome & Aperitivo

History comes alive in Rome! We will be taking a private tour of The Roman Forum & Colleseum - learning all about the history of the gladiators, emperors, and all that makes this city so important. After the tour, you are free for lunch. so enjoy some of the major sites like the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon & the Trevi Fountain (don’t forget to toss a coin and make a wish). Tonight, we meet for aperitivo, a very important part of the Italian day. After aperitivo, it’s time for dinner in one of the most delicious neighborhoods of Rome - Trastevere.

  • Day 4: Vernazza & Views

Time to pack our bags! We are transferring to Cinque Terre by train and checking into our new accommodations.. Once we’re ready, we’ll hike the famous path together along the Ligurian Sea from Monterosso to Vernazza. Feel free to relax in Vernazza before heading to dinner together with a beautiful and unique view of this colorful village.

  • Day 5: Pesto & Private Boats

Italy and food go hand-in-hand. Today we enjoy lunch and get our hands messy with a pesto lesson. At sunset, we board our private boat and sip on Prosecco while enjoying the gorgeous views of Cinque Terre’s five villages.

  • Day 6: Florence

And we are off to Florence for a night! After we arrive, we will visit the famous Duomo and climb the 405 steps to the top for an amazing view of the city. Enjoy the rest of the afternoon exploring the city of Renaissance art before we meet for dinner in the heart of Florence.

  • Day 7: Venice & Row Boats

Time for Venice! Let’s get settled into our new place, and get ready for a lesson on Venetian rowing - don’t worry, the girls won’t make you work too hard. Along the way, we’ll enjoy some drinks and Venetian snacks. After our lesson, enjoy the rest of your afternoon in Venice before meeting up for dinner along the canals.

  • Day 8: Boats & Burano

A day filled with boats! Let’s enjoy the outer islands by taking a boat excursion to Burano, known for its colorful houses. We will then head to Murano, known for its handmade glass. After colorful houses, glass, & lunch, enjoy the rest of your evening getting lost in the narrow streets of Venice. Maybe we even meet up at the infamous Jazz Bar for a night cap!

  • Day 9: Vespas & A Farewell Dinner

After transferring back to Rome for our last night in Italy, we will experience Rome the way the Romans do - by vintage Vespa. Scooterroma, one of my favorite companies in Italy, will show us around Rome the way it was meant to be explored. Don’t worry, you don’t have to drive the Vespa.. After riding, we will have our farewell dinner in the heart of the city.

  • Day 10: Departure

Today we head home, wherever that may be.
